Yes. We deliver and pick up every rental order. Service is available throughout Goodyear and many Phoenix West Valley communities. Delivery pricing is based on the event address, order size, access requirements and requested timing.

We currently provide delivery and pickup only. Customer pickup is not available. This allows our team to confirm the equipment is prepared correctly and coordinate dependable delivery and scheduled pickup for your event.

Standard delivery is generally made to a driveway, garage, curbside area or another approved paved access point. Backyard placement or longer carry distances may require an additional fee and must have safe access without dirt, gravel, stairs or blocked pathways.

Standard orders are delivered stacked and ready for you to arrange. Setup and teardown service may be added for an additional fee depending on the quantity, layout, surface, access, timing and event location.

Plan for one chair per seated guest. As a comfortable starting point, allow approximately six guests per 6ft table, eight guests per 8ft table, or eight guests per 60-inch round table. You may also need extra tables for food, drinks, gifts, desserts, registration, vendors or DJ equipment.

White folding chairs are a practical and affordable option for backyard parties, graduations, school functions and casual gatherings. White resin chairs provide a more polished look and are especially popular for weddings, showers, ceremonies and formal celebrations.

Most standard deliveries are scheduled within a delivery window. Evening-before delivery may be available when scheduling and the delivery route allow. We provide an ETA when the delivery truck is on the way. Exact-time or narrower delivery windows may require an additional fee.

Reserve as soon as your event date and approximate guest count are confirmed. Saturdays, holidays, graduation season and popular spring and fall dates can fill quickly. Last-minute reservations may be possible, but inventory and delivery availability are not guaranteed.

Quantity changes may be possible before the event, depending on available inventory and delivery-route capacity. Reserve your date first, then contact us as early as possible if your guest count or layout changes.

Yes. You can add linens, tents, dance floors, cooling equipment, games and other event rentals to the same order, subject to availability. Adding items to one delivery can also make planning and event-day coordination easier.
