What audio equipment do you rent?
We rent 10-inch compact powered speakers, 15-inch powered PA speakers, speaker stands, wired microphones, wireless microphones, and an analog mixer with Bluetooth. Items can be rented individually or combined into an event sound system.
How much does it cost to rent speakers and audio equipment?
Our 10-inch powered speakers are $60 each, 15-inch powered speakers are $100 each, wired microphone kits are $30 each, wireless microphone systems are $50 each, and the analog mixer with Bluetooth is $50. Tax, damage waiver, and delivery are calculated separately.
Should I rent a 10-inch or 15-inch speaker?
Choose a 10-inch speaker for smaller gatherings, wedding ceremonies, presentations, announcements, and background music. Choose a 15-inch speaker when you need more coverage, stronger music output, or sound for a larger, louder, or outdoor event.
How many speakers do I need for my event?

Do your powered speakers connect through Bluetooth?
Yes. Our powered speakers can connect to a compatible phone or tablet through Bluetooth for music playback. Keep the connected device near the speaker because walls, distance, and wireless interference can affect the connection.
Should I choose a wired or wireless microphone?
A wired microphone is the best-value option for a podium, microphone stand, DJ booth, or fixed speaking area. Choose a wireless microphone when an officiant, presenter, or emcee needs to move freely without a microphone cable.
What is included with a speaker or microphone rental?
Each powered speaker includes its power cord and a speaker stand. Wired microphone kits include the microphone, microphone stand, clip, and XLR cable. Wireless microphone systems include the handheld microphone, receiver, and batteries.
Can your equipment be used as a PA system?
Yes. A powered speaker and microphone create a simple PA system for wedding ceremonies, speeches, announcements, presentations, graduations, and events with an emcee. A second speaker or mixer may be recommended when you need wider coverage or multiple audio sources.
Can DJs rent speakers and audio equipment from you?
Yes. DJs can rent 15-inch powered speakers with stands, microphones, and an analog mixer. The DJ should confirm the output connections and cables required by their controller, laptop, or other performance equipment before the event.
When should I add an audio mixer?
Add a mixer when you need separate control over multiple microphones, music sources, or other audio inputs. A simple phone-and-speaker setup may not require a separate mixer.
Is delivery and basic audio setup included?
We deliver the rented equipment, complete the basic setup, confirm the system produces sound, and provide a brief operating walkthrough. We can pair one compatible phone or tablet when applicable. Delivery pricing is calculated separately based on the event address and complete order.
Can audio equipment be used outdoors and what power is required?
Yes. Audio equipment can be used outdoors on a stable surface in a dry, protected location. A standard 110-volt outlet must be available within 50 feet. Keep equipment protected from rain, water, irrigation, extreme dust, and high-draw equipment sharing the same circuit.
